At BYC YOGA , we pride ourselves on being the first School in Latin America to offer the traditional Hatha Yoga health system known as Bikram Yoga. CPY's mission is to empower individuals to teach this discipline through the profound practice of yoga, providing a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques.

4 weeks non residential wherever fits you
Our Yoga Teacher Course is offered over 9 weeks.
During the first 4 weeks practice in your nearest BYC YOGA studio; BYC Tobalaba, BYC Vitacura, BYC Quinchamalí and True Bikram Yoga Connecticut USA.
If you live away from these regular studios you can also practice the first four weeks in your own private studio with guidance from the senior teachers of BYC YOGA.

5 weeks residential in Patagonia
During the last 5 weeks, students travel to the small town of Ayacara in southern Chile where the CPY training center is located. The powerful nature of Patagonia will help you achieving an intensive and concentrated work, disconnecting from your regular life.
